Product FAQs

The questions we’re asked most often. Can’t see yours? Get in touch

How long do aluminium windows last?

Quality thermally broken aluminium windows typically last 35-45 years or more. Aluminium won’t warp, rot or corrode, and our powder-coated finishes carry a long-term colour guarantee.

Are aluminium windows more efficient than UPVC?

Modern thermally broken aluminium with double or triple glazing achieves excellent U-values and A-ratings comparable to UPVC, while offering far slimmer sightlines and greater strength.

Do you manufacture your own products?

Yes. Every window and door is made to measure in our own facility in Trafford Park, which gives us tighter tolerances and faster lead times than buying in.

What guarantee do you offer?

All residential installations are covered by a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee on both the product and our workmanship.

How long does installation take?

A typical full-house window installation takes two to four days. Single doors or bi-folds are often completed in a day. We confirm timings at survey.
