The terms governing our products, services and your order.
These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of products and services by Prime Fabrication Manchester Ltd and the use of our website. Please read them carefully. By requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions
"We", "us" and "our" refer to Prime Fabrication Manchester Ltd. "You" and "your" refer to the customer. "Goods" means the windows, doors, glazing and related products we supply. "Services" means survey, manufacture, installation, repair and maintenance work.
2. Quotations and orders
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated and are subject to a final technical survey. Prices may be revised where the survey identifies requirements not apparent at the time of quotation. An order is confirmed once you have accepted our quotation in writing and paid any agreed deposit.
3. Surveys and measurements
Manufacture will not commence until a final survey has been completed and approved. You are responsible for ensuring that access and site conditions allow the survey and installation to proceed as scheduled.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. A deposit is payable on order, with the balance due on completion of installation unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable.
5. Installation
We will agree an installation date with you and make reasonable efforts to meet it. Timescales are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including supply delays and weather. We will keep you informed of any material changes.
6. Guarantees
Our products are covered by our standard guarantee as set out on our Warranty page. Guarantees are subject to correct use and maintenance and do not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, alteration or normal wear and tear.
7. Cancellation
Where you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of placing your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, except where work has commenced on bespoke or made-to-measure goods with your consent. Please contact us to discuss cancellation.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising under or in connection with a contract shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant Goods and Services.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
