Questions about repairs
Can you fix misted double glazing?
Yes. When the seal on a double-glazed unit fails, we replace just the glass unit within the existing frame, there’s no need to replace the whole window.
Do you repair other companies’ windows?
We repair almost all makes of aluminium and UPVC windows and doors, even if we didn’t install them originally.
How quickly can you attend?
For urgent security issues we aim to attend as soon as possible. Most standard repairs are booked within a few working days.
