The outcome
Period character with modern comfort
The aim was to improve heat retention and security without losing the proportions that give the home its character. We used slim aluminium frames with carefully matched sightlines so the finished windows feel appropriate to the original elevation.
The new glazing gives the rooms a quieter, warmer feel while keeping the crisp heritage appearance the homeowners wanted from the street.
